D675V2LF12SSP35A001 is a 12S 35A LiFePO4 BMS typically designed for protecting lithium batteries (Li-ion & LiFePO4) from over charge, over discharge, over current, over temperature, short circuit and so on.
And all the protections apply to each string or each cell (if only 1P in parallel), once there is any cell from the pack triggering the protection thresholds, the whole pack will be protected up and charge or discharge will be cut-off totally.
Balancing is an optional function on some of our BMS, they are mainly designed as passive bleeding balancing which only functions during charging, after battery pack is fully charged, the balancing module on BMS will detect each cell’s voltage and time the higher ones down till other cells reach to the same voltage level, therefore, balancing helps the cells have longer life.
E-Switch is an optional function on some of our BMS, it turns ON/OFF the battery, no need heavy current switch using in the design.
Communication protocol is also an optional function on some of our BMS, we have SMBus/CANBus/RS485/RS232/UART, Bluetooth protocols, communication function makes the battery smarter and safer, it is not each BMS comes with communication, please do reach out to our support for more details.
