Il TK12628 heavy duty 12V battery pack is a high-capacity LiFePO4 lithium battery pack engineered for demanding commercial and industrial power systems. It features a nominal voltage of 12V / 12.8V, a rated capacity of 314Ah, and a total energy output of 8,038Wh, delivering stable and long-lasting power for heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. Integrated with an advanced Battery Management System (BMS), built-in heating function, and IP67-rated stainless steel enclosure, this battery ensures reliable performance in harsh environments and extreme temperatures down to -30°C.
Designed for continuous high-load operation, this lithium battery supports cold-weather charging, reserved 10% state-of-charge (SOC) for emergency use, and extended runtime for onboard electrical systems. The LCD display and electronic switch can be remotely installed in the cabin, allowing real-time monitoring and convenient control.
With CANBus, RS485, UART, and Bluetooth communication, the heavy duty 12V battery enables intelligent energy management and system integration. Optional GPS tracking is available for fleet supervision and asset management.
