RMA (Return Material Authorization) Request
If you suspect that your purchased product is defective and your warranty has not expired, please complete the form below and submit it to us. We will review your submissions and contact you for additional informations. When approved, you will be provided an RMA number and proper instructions in sending it back to us.
All merchandise return for credit, repair or exchange must be shipped freight-prepaid, products MUST be received within 15 days of the RMA # issued date in their ORIGINAL PACKAGES and include all ORIGINAL MANUALS and ACCESSORY ITEMS. Order number must be clearly marked on the boxes. Failing to do so will result in delayed RMA processing or in rejected.
Return products will be tested before sending out a replacement. If the products are found not to be defective after testing, we will send them back at the customer's expense. Please make sure that the products are unusable before sending them back or give us a call or email for tech support. If the returned products are damaged by improper use, we reserve the right not to send a replacement or not issue a refund. LiTech Power will NOT be responsible for any lost package and/or accessories during shipping. Shipping charge are DEFINITELY NOT refundable .
The warranty will be based on original invoice date. The seller must be notified of any Dead On Arrival (DOA) products within 10 days of the invoice date.
Customer is responsible for packaging and returning the goods to us undamaged. LiTechPower will not be responsible for the transit damage nor will accept the damaged the goods due to the shipment to us. Please also keep a receipt of your return shipment so you can trace your return shipment. LiTechPower is not responsible for package(s) lost in the shipment to us. If the product(s) are defective or we sent you the wrong parts, we will sending you the replacement back free of charge. Customers will be responsible for upgrades to the other available and more expensive shipping options. Return Shipping Cost (the cost you pay to send an item back to LiTechPower) is not reimbursable unless the products we sent to you were wrong or defective. All returned items MUST have a RMA number before you ship it back to us.
