As LiTechPower is selling batteries and some other accessories, when your pushcase containes any batteries, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated by our system as battery-shipping rate, battery-shipping rate is higher then normal products' (non-battery items), roughly 5%-10% more, as batteries are treated as dangerous goods for air-shipping.
To give customer the best services, LiTechPower is only using air-shipping (by UPS/FedEX/DHL) to have faster delivery, normally 3-5 days for delivery, however this could have some days delay from the carriers especially in peak seasons. We get very good discount from UPS. FedEX, DHL for shipments and we are sure we can get better rates then using your own UPS/FEDEX/DHL account.
Once the delivery is donw in LiTechPower, your invoice and shipping confirmation will be sent to you in PDF by email, the tracking number for your pruchase will be available on the next day of the invoice issuing date, for example if you received the invoice and shipping confirmation by email on Monday evening, you can tracke your packages on Tuesday evening.
Please use the tracking number to check at carrier's website, if tracking information shows that the package has been delivered and you are sure no other family members get it , please call UPS / Fedex DHL to speak with them to report and file a investigation. It will take around 10-15 business days to investigate. If the carrier finds the package, they will ship to you again, if they can not, we will send the same packages or issue a store credit after carrier's verification . Please note that it is not our responsibility for the lost packages.
